Protein Packed Breakfast Options

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Or so I am told. Coffee is a meal to me-but hey- I am not a health professional nor do I pretend to be one…
I do know that if I eat a protein packed breakfast that I definitely have the energy to keep up on my two do list-along with making sure the munchkins and I get to our daily adventures. Check out below for two of my new favorite ways to get an added protein kick, that is healthy AND delicious.
Hemp Seeds & Stonyfield Yogurt
I can easily scoop up some delicious yogurt and sprinkle in some shelled hemp seeds in the morning. Meal time around the table is important to me and this takes LITTLE thought or preparation-obviously a mom win.
Stonyfield Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Yogurt & Navitas Naturals Hemp Seeds
I tend to eat it with Vanilla Yogurt- just a tad sweeter and the same kick of natural goodness. The Hemp Seeds contain magnesium, omega fatty acids, and 5 grams of protein per serving.
Stonyfield Yogurt & Mulberry Berries
I LOVE this superfruit! Fabulous amounts of dietary fiber, iron, and vitamin C-along with resveratrol, the powerful antioxidant also found in red wine. WINNING.

I love that both options are healthy and that my non-caffeinated head can easily pour and stir to create a fast enough breakfast I get to join the kids at the table.
